Our programmes foster skills which enable the young adults to become empathetic leaders and changemakers. We are proud that 90% of our alumni remain in their home countries where they are catalysing positive change in their communities and beyond. This ripple effect demonstrates the profound impact of our programmes, contributing to broader societal advancements and inspiring others to follow in their footsteps.
We also aim to improve livelihoods directly by equipping children with the vocational skills needed to secure long-term employment and contribute to sustainable development in their local economies.

We prioritise gender equality by ensuring that two out of every three children we support are girls. By focusing on girls' education, we aim to overcome gender stereotypes, prevent early marriage, and enable girls to become role models and leaders in their communities.
