Children's abilities are the same everywhere but opportunities are not
We see a world where every child’s innate talents, empathy, and rich diversity of lived experience are nurtured to shape a brighter tomorrow for all humanity. Together with our supporters we invest in students; our students then go on to change their world.
High School completion rates in the areas of Zambia, India and Nepal we select from are as low as 3%. Recognising the uniqueness of every child's fullest potential, we educate beyond the classroom to develop future-oriented vocational skills and nurture emotional, social and mental well-being. Our approach provides for a future generation of compassionate global citizens equipped with the ‘Head, Heart and Hands’ to define their lives according to their potential, not their backgrounds.
A new generation of leaders and changemakers
Around 2,700 Alumni have already graduated from our Future Leaders Programme, equipped with the skills, character and moral confidence to lead and contribute meaningfully to their communities and beyond.

We empower teens with limited formal education coming from marginalised environments to thrive through vocational training designed around the needs of local economies.
More opportunities for girls and young women
2 out of 3 of the children we support are female. Many have gone on to become the first girls in their families to pursue higher education, breaking barriers and inspiring future generations.
My life has been shaped by Pestalozzi. With this education, I initiated a ‘Girl Up’ team in Maheba refugee camp, focusing on helping girls uplift their standards, especially those who became pregnant but still want to continue with their education.

"My time at Pestalozzi changed my life completely. I got academic knowledge and also learnt how to use it to bring positive change. It makes me so happy to give back and help children like me"
